At Accelerate Kids, we are committed to raising up the next generation of leaders. Concurrent with our Sunday Services, our children have the opportunity to participate in our engaging and interactive Accelerate Kids services, where they are equipped with the knowledge of God's love and their unique identity. Accelerate Kids is not just childcare - our goal is to create spaces for intentional leadership development opportunities. We believe that investing in our children now will shape the future of our church and empower the next generation to make a positive impact on the world around them.

The AY is the dynamic junior high and high school community of Accelerate Church. Our mission is to create a place where young people can feel a sense of belonging, grow in their faith, and encounter God in powerful ways. We achieve this through our vibrant Youth Nights and seasonal events that are designed to be engaging, relevant, and impactful.

The Guest Services team at Accelerate Church aims to create an environment of radical hospitality that mirrors the love and grace of Christ. Our goal is to ensure every guest feels genuinely welcomed, valued, and cared for from the moment they pull into the parking lot!

Accelerate Worship consists of three teams: worship, video, and sound. Our goal and desire is to help people block out the world and focus on Jesus by creating a distraction-free environment. We're seeking to leverage these environments as a tool of evangelism. So, we want those who walk through our doors to hear the gospel, experience the presence of God and take their next step.

The Creative Team serves as the medium that bridges the gap between Accelerate Church and its online and offline community. Collectively, the Creative Team consists of a diverse group of innovators, motivators, and disciples of Christ who strive to expand the Kingdom of God via the ministry of Accelerate Church. By combining our desire to expand God’s Kingdom with the gifts that He has given us, the Creative Team puts their efforts in producing visually impactful content to build a church community and help people strengthen their relationship with Jesus.

Evangelism is when we tell people that we love Jesus, but serving is how we show people we love Jesus. Sometimes people need to hear the message; sometimes people need to see the message. The church should help the needy, but also, the church should step into the gap in the places of social injustice. The church's voice should be heard where people are oppressed, the world should see our power in these places as we all stand together. ILMC serves people in all of these spaces.

Crews have one simple purpose––to bring people together.We believe God created us to live in community with others and only then can we experience the full life He intends for us. At Accelerate, we help people to Know God, Find Freedom, Discover Purpose, and Make a Difference. Crews are the Find Freedom component of this vision. God wants every one of us to experience freedom while on this earth; we believe the primary system He uses to accomplish that freedom is people.

The Load In & Load Out Team exists to create safe and welcoming spaces for people to encounter Jesus. Each week they help to ensure that our spaces are ready to be filled with life-giving environments.
